"Completely satisfied"
By OldGuy | Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, light weight, very easy to set up, crisp sharp picture and sound After shopping and comparing several other televisions, we decided on the LG 32LK450 because the crisp picture and sound quality, easy to use features AND price were the best. We've had this television for about two months and are totally satisfied. In fact, we are definately going to return to the same store and buy a larger LG television for the family room. It is a light weight unit and is very easy to set up. In fact, we were watching our favorite show withing ten minutes of unpacking it from the carton! |
"Good picture quality and OUTSTANDING audio"
By bluegrassboy | Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings We are very satisfied with the new LG TV. It was easy to set up and user friendly to operate. I particularly like the "picture wizard" feature. Too soon to tell about the longevity of the set but we are confident the company will stand behind the product if something goes wrong. |
"Stunning Picture" | |
By incomitatus | Pros: Unbelievably Good Picture I bought this TV to replace a 27" Sony Trinitron that died. I did quite a bit of studying and decided finally on this model. The first thing is that the picture on this TV is absolutely awesome. After a week of viewing I am still blown away by the clarity and realism of this set. The colors are breathtakingly realistic. One thing I wasn't prepared for was how good my regular DVDs look and even the standard non-hi-definition channels look great. The sound is fine and even though I worried that a 32" might be too small for regular viewing-it's not, it's just right. When I first turned on the set the picture seemed to me to be too dark but all you have to do is adjust, or turn off the energy-saving feature and the picture is back to normal. The one problem that prevented me from giving this TV a perfect review is the remote. After I hooked it up to my cable box with an HDMI cable I was unable to use the (TV) function on the remote and had to use one of the 3 HDMI inputs which means I lost some of the functionality of the LG remote. I finally decided to use my cable box remote (Time Warner) to view the TV. Assembling the TV took about 20 minutes and was problem free. For anyone that desires to adjust the picture quality this set has more than enough adjustment options to make even the most picky viewer happy. So far this TV is perfect (remote excepted) and all I could ask for for the money. I can't wait to try out the USB function. |
"Picture Quality" | |
By Tuna100 | Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality The picture quality is amazing. Especially for sports, it's like your at the game. Movies are also amazing on this TV. It was a Christmas gift from my daughter and son inlaw, best present ever. |
"good price, not good in dark room."
By lcd30 | Pros: price good price, not good in dark room. Wish I bought a plasma. |
"Great Value!" | |
By ChipChairman | Pros: Good Value I bought this after a Consumer Reports review of tv's in the 32" class. System had all the connections I wanted, so I took the dive. Purchased two to replace two OLD tube TVs and have been very happy! Picture is great and setup was a snap. I have both TVs hooked up to external sound, so I gave it a 4 on sound as it is not "perfect" |
