| By jg81 | Pros: great picture Purchased this TV after Christmas and have been very pleased with the picture. It was easy to setup and operate. The product was great for gaming and sports. The TV worked great until two days ago when it stopped turning on. I understand things do happen but the thing that really gets me is the fact Best Buy will not exchange the product because the failure occured six days past thier cutoff so now I have to go a week with out any TV at all in hope that the repair technican actually orderd the correct parts to repair. He told me this TV has a corrupted main board. I should have bought the cheap TV and I would probably be ahead right now. |

There are a couple of things that are negative, one the sound, as most reviews mentioned you definitely need to hook it up to a receiver of some kind, the other is not enough inputs. Also, one may want to adjust the picture quality. We played with that till we were satisfied. The swivel feature is very nice since it has glare resistance. If not sitting center the pic isn't the best. So turning toward your direction helps. I know what this TV sells for on the average and for the price a good value. I hope it lasts longer than our plasma which had red pixels show up on the screen after only 2 years owning it.We lived with that for 5 1/2 yrs. till we got this one. What a big difference. Our daughter truly blessed us. |

| By ellies | Great TV but needed to add sound bar. The touch buttons get a little annoying when you swivel the TV (we have it on a mount) If you touch in the wrong spot it goes off on you. Hard to see where the buttons are which is very nice cosmetically. Great picture. My daughter loves the 3D and I love the fact the glasses are inexpensive. |

Customer service was great. It's just frustrating to have to repack, return, transport, and reinstall the set. I ended up purchasing a service contract that I really didn't want. |
